Machines adopt an oversized inverted" T" -shaped base, Y-axis overall double-walled moving column structure, and hanging spindle box casting structure. It is a heavy-duty cutting and heavy-loading tool that is durable for rough and hand-finish machines. It adopts a customized spindle and is equipped with a 30kw high-torque motor. It is suitable for precision molds, engineering machinery, automobile power, locomotives, ships, marine engineering, and other industries.

The inverted "T"-shaped bed structure ensures sufficient rigidity and stability when running; the whole machine uses ANSYS for static structural force analysis and vibration frequency analysis to ensure rigidity and reduce the vibration increasing the service life.
Column

Y-axis overall double-walled moving column structure, high-quality HT-300 casting after secondary annealing treatment, to ensure long-term shock resistance without deformation, excellent precision and stability, and long service life.
Head

2Pcs 55# extended heavy-duty roller guide rails to ensure shock resistance for heavy cutting; the headstock is equipped with a nitrogen balance system to reduce wear and load on the vertical screw; improve the dynamic response speed and service life of the machine.
Spindle

Enlarged spindle sleeve with a diameter of φ220mm enhances cutting rigidity. The spindle speed can re ach up to 3000 RPM/6000 RPM. The spindle is equipped with a high-flow cooling system, which can effectively control spindle temperature rise and ensure efficient and stable operation for a long time.
